Minimum Requirement
• In-depth knowledge of all admin and domestic functions.
• Time management by priority.
• Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Powerpoint.
• Communication and problem-solving skills.
• Must be enjoys hard working.
More Preferable Qualification
• Work experience as an Admin and Domestic in banking or similar role.
• Good General knowledge of bank.
• Any graduate, or Diploma in Banking.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Fixed Assets accounting by section, Updating monthly lists.
• Making arrangements to refill cartridges and toner refills for copiers and printers requested by section and arranging to purchase new ones.
• To arrange and prepare Stationery items, Security Forms, Bank ledger, Register and issue vouchers according to section and issue them systematically by date with indent; File attachment by section for audit.
• Inspection of generator oil and presentation to superiors to purchase and replenish.
• Inspection of CCTVs.
• Reporting Air Con Maintenance issues to superiors so that they can be checked and serviced
• To record Generators running time and filling oil register.
• Carrying out duties assigned for Security.
• Assisting in the registration, distribution and maintenance of current infectious disease prevention materials. Store maintenance.
• Entering Depreciation Ledger and Writing vouchers for monthly Depreciation.
• Reporting to HR department for daily attendance report and leaves report.
• Bookkeeping and billing for Expenses of Branch.
• To list and make payment for staff salaries.
• To list and make payment for Annual Fees.
• To list and make payment for YCDC Taxes.
• Listing and making payment for Meal Allowance and OT Allowance of employees
